Mivan Limited is currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Manager for high-end interiors projects in London.

The Role:

Project Manager roles are responsible for coordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Main duties will include:

  1. Develop a project plan and ensure the necessary resources are organized to meet the plan. Continually monitor progress and take all necessary steps to ensure the completion date is met.
  2. Develop a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget.
  3. Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications.
  4. Ensure that the project resources, i.e., staff, labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors, are effectively managed.
  5. Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution as required.
  6. Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised.
  7. Monitor the financial performance of the project and take all necessary steps to minimize costs.
  8. Proactively develop relationships with clients.
  9. Proactively participate in value engineering to maximize project contribution.
  10. Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and that all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.

The Person:

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications, have a strong joinery background, and have extensive joinery management experience on interior fit-out type projects.

Candidates must have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills along with sound commercial acumen. Candidates should also have experience working in a pressurized environment with the ability to keep calm under pressure and go the extra mile to meet deadlines and targets.
