Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager within the Health Board's Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). ABUHB is an integrated, progressive and ambitious teaching and research organisation who are in the midst of delivering a major programme. If you are looking for a new challenge in a prosperous department, then this role is for you.

Main Duties of the Job:
The Senior Project Manager will work as a member of the digital programmes team to support the realisation of the health board's Integrated Medium-Term Plan (IMTP). The Senior Project Manager will provide overall management and ensure the successful delivery of various digital projects across clinical sites, through the defined stages of PRINCE 2 methodology. This includes the full delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring the successful delivery of projects to time, budget, and scope.
  2. Working closely with teams to ensure systems meet organisational requirements.
  3. Liaising with implementation partners to ensure their deliverables are being met.
  4. Coordinating internal teams to deliver on their aspects of the project.
  5. Communicating project progress and any risks/issues to key stakeholders.

Profile:
The successful Project Manager will have experience in managing projects, with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder management.
