Job description

I am recruiting for a Project Manager in Cardiff, this is a permanent role working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company does everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing!

Benefits:

• Salary up to £70,000

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Project Director
• Pre-construction work through to completion
• Liaison with client and external consultants
• Responsible for the programme and managing the site team

Requirements:

• Trades background or HNC in Construction Management
• Experience working on facade & fire remediation projects from start to finish
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Background working for a main contractor
• Knowledge of building processes, including general Building Regulations
• SMSTS
• First aid qualified
• CSCS card holder at Manager level
• Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
