Project manager Hydrogen / Renewables / Chemical

We are working for a Global Operator that is growing rapidly in the renewable sector and looking for a Project Manager.

Salary: £65K - £70K plus a 7% bonus, holidays, pension, and health cover.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development
• Lead scope generation for the proposal with interaction with the Business Development Managers.
• Participate in customer engagement meetings.
• Prepare estimates for the proposal, working with the engineering teams and other groups within the company.
• In conjunction with the Business Development Manager, prepare proposals for customers.
• Project Execution
• Conduct project execution activities including cost management, schedule, budget, safety performance aspects, and compliance with applicable legislation.
• Be the customer's privileged point of contact for projects once in execution.
• Ensure that project scope changes are raised and managed.
• Setup and execute projects in SAP including cost tracking and reporting.
• Manage Service Orders and Service Contracts, cost tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in Gasses/Hydrogen/Chemical/Petrochemical/Renewables or related field, ideally with project management experience.
• Strong influencing, communication, and facilitative skills.
• Ability to make timely and sound decisions.
