This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a standout project in the Manchester skyline. The project is 38 storeys high with a value of £105 million. It comprises bedrooms and communal areas.
Suitable candidates will be overseeing the whole project as No. 1 with a visiting Project Director. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Strong RC frame and high-rise experience over 20 storeys
- Crane and hoist knowledge and experience working with these on site
- Fast track bathroom pod and internal fit out
- All-round good construction knowledge
Any exposure to unitised facade systems would be beneficial but not essential. You will need to be client-facing and a strong manager with circa 10 reports on this project.
