Due to significant growth within their secure delivery teams, they are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their National Security division.

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of secure programmes across R&D, product development, and software engineering domains. Working closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and exceed quality expectations.

• Lead the planning and execution of software and R&D projects up to £5m
• Manage project lifecycle from bid to close, including requirements, planning and delivery
• Coordinate resources and work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Own client relationships, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• Work across secure environments and help shape strategic delivery

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong experience delivering complex, secure technical projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership
• Familiarity with R&D, software or systems delivery
• Skilled in project financials and risk management
• Pre-sales and bid management experience
• Eligibility for enhanced UKIC DV clearance
