BEMS Experience Is Essential For This Role.

This role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all Eon Control Solutions project works ensuring a professional and first-class service to internal stakeholders and customers alike, delivering projects on time and on budget whilst constantly promoting quality and observing the Eon Control Solutions H&S policy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Full cost management of allocated projects
  2. Adhere to all company ISO, H&S procedures & policies.
  3. Ensure compliance with company H&S and CDM requirements, including production of relevant documentation.
  4. Attending site progress meetings when required, including project review meetings and producing weekly project reports.
  5. Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payment.
  6. Support final account agreements with the assistance from the Regional Manager or Commercial Director
  7. Ensure ECS project files are kept up to date and in line with the quality management procedures.
  8. Co-ordinate with estimating/sales team at a technical/commercial level
  9. Attend project handover meetings as required
  10. Create & manage a project program of works
  11. Prepare monthly revenue forecast and C2C reports
  12. Regular communication with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  13. Responsible for procurement of control items, sizing control valves etc.
  14. Approving control panel drawings/design
  15. Responsible for labour forecasting and management of project resources, including design & delivery
  16. Responsible for the management of sub-contractors
  17. Assist with coordination of internal and external resources
  18. Continually evaluate, review, and report the performance of sub-contractors
  19. Ensure operatives under your control are suitably trained to carry out the tasks they have been allocated
  20. Carry out project design, including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering
  21. Prepare O&M manuals and other documentation such as commissioning/witnessing packs and ensure all as commissioned/witnessing information is stored on server upon project completion
  22. Attending training courses and meetings as required
  23. Ensure ECS method statements and risk assessments are adhered to and amend where necessary
  24. Any other duties deemed necessary by the directors/managers of the business

  7. Sub-contractor/resource management
