Job Title: Project Manager - Delivery

Salary: From £70,000 - depending on skills & experience

What you'll be doing:

• Running the Project Management and Change teams within the Systems Engineering Transformation (SET)
• Strategic transformation of the business approach to Engineering
• Reporting into the Head of Projects for SET
• Leading the delivery of the Project Management strategy, outputs and outcomes
• Ensuring the embodiment of the Systems Engineering Transformation changes into the SSNA programme
• Collaborating with the Assurance and Standards division of the SET

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience within Project Management and Change Governance
• Strong leadership experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

• Project Lifecycle Management (LCM) awareness and foundation courses held or willing to obtain
• Experience working in an Engineering environment
