About the Role:
Experienced Project Manager / Contract Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality cabling projects from inception to completion. This role requires an organized and strategic professional who can coordinate resources, manage contracts, and maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are on track, within scope, and meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee contract management, including reviewing, negotiating, and managing project contracts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, building strong, positive relationships.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively manage project risks, resolving issues as they arise to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
- Prepare project status reports and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Contract Manager, or similar role, ideally in cabling, electrical, or telecommunications projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contract management principles.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
