£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Benefits + Training + Progression

Are you a Project Manager from the construction industry that wants to work for one of the Midlands leading restoration agencies with a long pipeline of exciting projects?

This business has gone from strength to strength in the last decade and has landed several 5-year contracts with blue-chip financial institutes, including Lloyds TSB.

The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience from the construction industry and be happy working in the office with occasional local site visits.

THE ROLE:

1. Liaise with insurance providers to understand project life cycle, time frames, and budgets
2. Manage the contractors and staff needed to complete the project
3. Liaise with the senior leadership team to give project updates
4. Work in the office with the other project managers to help deliver large commercial projects

1. Project Management experience
