Location: Newtown (Travel to project sites)

Salary: £50,000- £60,000 + Career Progression + Project Site Travel + Extensive Training + Performance/ Profit Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you a Project Manager from a Construction or Groundworks background looking to join a family-owned business that is at the forefront of the groundworks construction industry? This role offers the autonomy to work on projects ranging from local schools and hospitals to large-scale operations for the Ministry of Defense.

In this role, you will oversee the execution and production of company projects from start to finish, work closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are efficient and on track, communicate project expectations to team members, and estimate project costs and resources.

The Role:

1. Overseeing company projects from start to finish
2. Work closely with stakeholders and team members
3. Manage project schedules, costs, and resources
4. Covering projects across the UK

The Person:

1. Project Manager or similar
2. Construction background
3. Commutable to Newtown - happy to travel
