Job description

Anderselite are currently working with a tier 1 contractor who are seeking a Project Manager (or a Senior Site Agent ready to take a step up) to work within their Heavy Civils/Utilities division.


To be considered for this role you MUST have worked with tier 1 contractors and have Civils and Utilities/Water experience.


Location: Slough


Salary: £75k + car allowance and other benefits.


Essential
  1. Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
  2. Ability to use Primavera P6 software or equivalent.
  3. Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  4. MEICA Capabilities.
  5. CSCS manager's card.
  6. SMSTS.
  7. NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
  8. Knowledge of the NEC contract including the Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanisms.
  9. Excellent communication, people, and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and mentor.
  10. Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to a conclusion.
  11. Ability to manage and deliver a successful project with minimal guidance.

Desirable
  1. CEng MICE.
  2. Knowledge of the JCT form of contract.
