£60,000 - £70,000 (including Car Allowance) + 25 Days Holiday + Private Health Care

Are you a Building Services Project Manager from a mechanical background looking to join a collaborative and continuously growing contractor, where you will be recognised as the go-to technical expert within the business?

Are you looking to be heavily involved with a variety of projects and take on a leadership role? This position offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage HVAC and mechanical projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Prepare project documentation and reports.
5. Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or mechanical field.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Relevant qualifications in project management or engineering.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
