£50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus

Are you a Project Manager or similar with a background in Audio Visual Technology and Business Development looking to take the lead on a range of high-end projects within a company committed to its staff, with massive growth plans and the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings through bonus structures?

This well-established company provides intelligent home solutions within the residential sector, ranging from home automation, entertainment, lighting, and security systems to full-house smart solutions. They specialize in high-end developments, with typical clients including luxury interior designers, property developers, and even footballers, focusing on the installation and aftercare of bespoke home designs.

This varied role will find you working across different areas of the business, whether generating and converting high-value sales opportunities, overseeing the implementation and handover of advanced smart home systems, or leading the company's expansion into alarm and security solutions. Responsibilities include attending site meetings, liaising with clients and project teams, managing time scales, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

The Role:

• Oversee Projects
• Manage and liaise with clients, ensuring high-end service delivery
• Handle timescales, organize parts, and oversee installations
• Attend occasional site meetings
• Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5:30 PM

• Project Manager with a background in AV
• Background in Business Development
• Commutable to Knowle, Birmingham
