Project Manager, Architecture

GMA Architects partners with a top ENR design-build firm to provide services including creative design, project management, ADA/code compliance, building assessment and reuse, addition and renovations, historic preservation, master planning, interior design, space planning, structural analysis and design, and construction administration. We are looking for an Architectural professional to join our team of construction experts onsite in our Riverside, MO office. A DAY IN THE LIFE

1. Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
2. Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
3. Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
4. Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
5. Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
6. Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
7. Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
8. Review project scope with construction project managers

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least 5 years' experience required. Open to experience levels.
2. Light industrial (warehouse, distribution, cold storage) and/or commercial project experience highly preferred
3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
4. Revit and AutoCAD experience required. 3D modeling/rendering preferred
5. Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure.
