The Role

Reporting into our Senior Project Manager, Urvi ??, the Project Manager will work within the PMO team to deliver change across the business. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project plan/action plan and ensuring the project is delivered within the agreed scope, time and budget as the embedded Project Manager for the Customer Operations Team. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the SPM with their areas key initiatives.

What Youll Be Getting Up To

• Ensuring the successful delivery of multiple ongoing projects within agreed timescales and scope
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, ensuring the project runs to time and budget
• Creating and maintaining all project documentation including RAID logs
• Tracking project performance
• Lead stakeholder working groups
• Co-ordinating and motivating project teams
• Ensuring the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits
• Completing project evaluations and lessons learnt
• Lead on tracking of area initiatives that support business strategic goals

This Role Will Be a Great Fit If

• Experience leading multiple ongoing projects
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Be decisive and able to work well under pressure
• Able to motivate and encourage others
• Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
• Experience using MS Project and JIRA Confluence
• A project management qualification e.g., Prince2 or APM PMQ is desirable
