You’ll be joining a unique and rapidly growing insurance company, recognised for its outstanding products within the sector. Following a significant investment, the organisation is undergoing a company-wide transformation, spanning IT/Tech and business change. A key part of their future plans is the continued adoption of Agile methodologies and moving away from Waterfall practices.

As a Project Manager, you’ll act as the vital link between the business and technology teams. You’ll need an understanding of IT projects and modern software development, but the main focus is on someone who is highly organised with strong interpersonal skills. The organisation is currently running five major projects, with three already adopting Agile methodologies, and there is considerable scope for more.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager who is looking for the next step in their career. The company offers a supportive platform for growth and development, particularly in an evolving Agile environment.

Experience required:

  • Proven track record in delivering IT/Application projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Understanding of how technology can impact business operations
  • Experience in smaller businesses or teams, as opposed to large-scale project management functions
  • Relevant degree or certifications in Project Management or related fields
