Job Description

My client is an industry-leading groundworks and RC frame contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage a groundworks and RC contract based in Wembley.

1. Rates are negotiable
2. Immediate start

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager
2. Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
3. Keeping site diaries
4. Producing RAMS
5. Quality Assurance
6. Following programmes
7. Managing the client
8. Providing progress reports
9. Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations

Project Manager Requirements:

1. CSCS
2. SMSTS
3. First aid
4. Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
5. Experienced in groundworks and RC for specialist contractors
6. Engineering background (beneficial)
7. 10+ years project management experience
