About the role

This role requires a strong individual to lead cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex new client onboarding projects, driving process improvements, and delivering results within tight deadlines and on budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, with both client and internal stakeholder management skills to ensure the successful execution and delivery using project management methodologies.

Location: Uxbridge, UK.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaboration.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining risk registers and action trackers.
  • Oversee project budgets, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Seek opportunities for collaboration and sharing best practices to maximize commercial potential.
  • Contribute positively through clear communication, meeting deadlines, personal impact, and flexibility.
  • Develop long-term plans and align projects with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to create a positive climate and influence others.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Maintain calm and effectiveness under pressure, with a strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £63,000 per annum.
