ROLE OVERVIEW

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Congress Program Manager to join their team on a remote basis within the UK. This role involves occasional travel, approximately 10% of the time, depending on upcoming congresses. As the Congress Program Manager, you will be the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external contacts, ensuring seamless communication and project management.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead the strategic leadership and execution of all global in-person, virtual, or hybrid congresses within specific brands and/or regions.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with brand teams and Health Care Organisations to drive the use of congresses as a strategic channel.
  3. Drive continuous improvement and evolution of the Congress channel by gathering insights and customer feedback.
  4. Ensure adherence to policies relating to Ethics and Compliance standards and interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organisations, and Patient Organisations.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Relevant degree in a related field.
  2. Proven industry experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project management and strategic leadership in congresses and events.
