Project Manager North West & Yorkshire Refurbishment - £50,000 & Bonus & Company Bonus & Car / Allowance

I am recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an ever-growing North West-based specialist refurbishment and listed building contractor. My client covers heritage works, restoration, and listed building refurbishments.

You will have experience in delivering heritage refurbishments. Projects will range in value from £500,000 - £(phone number removed) with an average job value of circa £2,000,000. You will be expected to be site-based on larger projects throughout the North West/Yorkshire, create your own programmes for the site using Microsoft Project, and organise your own diary. You will be client-facing, ensure the site is kept to programme, and all forms of H&S are adhered to.

My client is looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 22 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.
