Job title: Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met
2. Writing proposals & responding to tenders
3. Developing project plans, cost estimates & risk assessments
4. Leading technical contracts from initiation to post-delivery support
5. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams & key stakeholders
6. Driving process improvements & supporting business growth

Requirements

1. 5+ years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing
2. Strong background in RF, telecoms, aerospace, or defence (preferred)
3. Experience with Agile project management tools & cost estimation
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
5. A technical degree (or equivalent experience)
