Job Description

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a new project in South Devon due to start soon!

Working for a reputable regional contractor on a circa 2-year project involving approximately 35 units, mostly flats.

You will need to have experience managing complex apartment sites in tight areas. Ideally, you should have Asta programming experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to produce reports. Responsibilities include undertaking material take-offs, managing health & safety, and updating the construction phase plan. The project is 90% traditional with a small amount of RC.

The client prefers a contracting background, and you must have experience delivering apartments/flats.

Salary: £60k - £65k DPE plus car allowance and benefits
