Do you have experience managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 1? If so, our client is keen to talk to you!

Our client, a fledgling main contractor located on the M1 Corridor, has recently secured 3 new projects, with one scheme imminently hitting site. The initial project is an £18 million New Build Warehouse, with future projects ranging in value up to £25 million.
You will work closely with the Construction Director and have day-to-day operational responsibility for the development.
Our client is actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team. They pride themselves on being professional and approachable and are looking for an experienced individual to share their drive and passion.

The Candidate (Project Manager):

As a Project Manager, you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude, and have experience within the role as a Project Manager.

Requirements:

1. Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
2. A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable).
3. SMSTS.
4. First Aid.
5. A full UK driving license.

The Package:

1. Salary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period.
2. Company Car / Allowance.
3. Workplace Pension.
4. Bonus.
