This is an exciting opportunity to join the EMAS Transformation Team as a project manager, as we continue our improvement and transformation journey.
This role is to provide maternity cover for the existing Project Manager and so will take on an existing suite of projects, ranging from capital development through to operational service improvement.
The Transformation Team is a central team in EMAS providing specialist change and transformation support across critical, complex and large scale change programmes. You will be joining the team as they move into 2025/26 Transformation Programme which is set to be an exciting and pivotal year for the Trust.
The Transformation Team is a small team but with wide scope and works across the breadth of the organisation both in operational and corporate areas.
The team is patient and colleague focused and strives to improve the experience and quality of the services that we deliver.
The team work closely together and support each other; this is a key expectation of anyone joining the team as we approach our objectives jointly.
Learning and development is a key benefit of working in the team and opportunities for development will form part of the core team offer.
To deliver projects to time, budget and quality requirements via the application of agreed tools, techniques and expertise in line with the Trust Project & Programme Framework.
