Your Core Duties Will Include

• Embedding protocols and driving all aspects of design management.
• NEC Contract administration.
• Monitoring, driving, and reporting on project performance including action planning/management.
• Successfully completing assigned projects by adhering to all specified requirements.
• Ensuring that the projects are executed within operational constraints, and manage resources effectively to meet the established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Supporting junior members of the team as required.

Please note you must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role due to the nature of the projects you will be working on.

About You

You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect.

In order to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be willing to gain BPSS security clearance due to the nature of the projects.
• Have relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Have proven experience in managing projects from concept design to successful implementation, with a strong understanding of design and construction processes.
• Have a solid understanding of different types of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3.
• Have excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate strong bid writing and presentation skills for clients.

In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you:

• Experience working in a similar role ideally in a consultancy environment.
• A commitment to regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
• Chartered status or be working towards it.
• To have experience working on Government projects.
