Morson Talent is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Construction Project Management team. Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering projects for a diverse range of clients, including funds, developers, and occupiers. Reporting directly to a Director, you will have the responsibility to lead projects from inception to completion, working on new build commercial projects and large-scale refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the delivery of projects across multiple client sectors, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
2. Select, appoint, and manage design teams to create innovative design solutions, handle planning applications, and secure necessary approvals.
3. Administer building contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
4. Support with compiling tender documents, reviewing returns, negotiating contracts, and providing regular client updates.
5. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and master budgets.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Manage complex contracts, resolving disputes, implementing change management processes, and ensuring project controls are in place.
8. Contribute to business development both internally and externally, assisting in securing new and profitable work.

Ideal Candidate:

1. MRICS or similar Project Management qualification.
2. Extensive experience delivering project management services on new build commercial buildings and large-scale refurbishments (particularly office spaces).
3. Proven track record in leading projects ranging from £2m to £50m+.
4. Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to successfully manage complex and high-value projects from start to finish.
5. Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with exceptional communication, time management, and organisational skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while remaining calm under pressure.
7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.
