Project Manager
Manchester Area
Sector: Regional Build
£65k - £70k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with this well-established dynamic construction company who pride themselves on Quality, Integrity and Trust and have exceptional low staff turnover - due to retirement are looking to appoint a Project Manager initially to oversee a £12m+ apartment building in the Manchester area.

Projects going forward would be in the mid-rise residential and care/resi sectors up to £15m predominantly in the Greater Manchester region.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Programming & progress reporting
  2. Managing an existing site with direct Site Management reports
  3. Chairing site and client meetings
  4. Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
  5. Reporting in to the commercial team
  6. Liaison with the design team, architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background:

  1. Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
  2. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  3. Ideally will have worked in the mid-rise residential & retirement living/care sectors
