Job description

Project Manager (1 Year FTC Maternity Cover)

We re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager with experience running digital products and databases to join our team on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to our COO, you will be managing and driving the execution of our digital product builds and database management, overseeing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with diverse teams.

What you ll be doing:

  1. Overseeing and managing digital product builds from planning to execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  2. Leading the development of our audience database, working with and mentoring our CWX Quality Manager to ensure deliverables are met and ensure the quality of our data remains high.
  3. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams such as data, sales, marketing, web development, and design to drive alignment and deliver results.
  4. Identifying potential project risks and implementing proactive solutions to keep things on track.
  5. Providing and presenting regular progress reports to key stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Improving workflows and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and transparency.
  7. Acting as an ambassador for CWX, addressing client queries and troubleshooting matters.

What we re looking for:

  1. Experience: Proven experience managing digital product builds, databases or similar cross-functional projects.
  2. Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data platforms such as Excel and LookerStudio to analyse and identify key improvement areas.
  3. Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across various teams and confidently present to senior stakeholders.
  5. Technical Awareness: Familiarity with web development, design principles, and data-driven commercial strategies.
  6. Problem-Solving: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to evolving project needs.
