Requirements

Who are you?

1. 2+ years experience in Project Management (ideally website experience at a marketing agency).
2. Looking to be a part of a growing company, to participate in its success, and to feel like you're making a difference.
3. Organised, on the ball and high energy.
4. Comfortable in taking responsibility for multiple tasks, prioritising - and using initiative to make sure they go well.
5. Enjoy building good internal & external relationships, and can speak persuasively.
6. Derive satisfaction from doing a good job well - and making a client's day.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and our quality standards.
4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
5. Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to, while adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Vovi Studio's quality standards and client specifications before final delivery.
7. Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
8. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post-project evaluations.
