We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key projects, spanning diverse initiatives such as establishing partnerships with financial institutions, rebranding efforts, launching of new products, procurement of new solutions, and more. The Project Manager will be required to think outside the box, seeking perfection and improvements, helping the Executive Team in making strategic decisions that contribute to the success of the business. Expertise in banking and financial technologies is mandatory.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  2. Scope and Resource Management: Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities.
  3. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are informed about project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  6. Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and ensure that milestones are met on schedule.
  7. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  8. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  9. Lesson Learned: Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  11. Closure and Handover: Ensure a smooth project closure, including final deliverables, project handover, and post-implementation reviews.
What We’re Looking For

  1. 5+ years of experience in Project Management with proven records of successfully closed projects.
  2. Industry expertise.
  3. Proven experience in managing business expansion projects, including launching operations in multiple jurisdictions and/or establishing business branches abroad.
  4. Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills with a track record of taking responsibility for project outcomes.
  5. Proactive Mindset: Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to think outside the box for unique project challenges.
  6. Accuracy, meticulousness and attention to detail.
  7. Willing to document all aspects of the project for record-keeping.
  8. Russian language proficiency.
  9. Certifications.
  10. Understanding IT development processes.
  11. Positive attitude.
  12. Willing to step outside direct responsibilities and help with research or tasks within projects.
