Working Pattern: Hybrid - Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to lead one of the company's key priorities: putting customers first. You will support the Programme Manager in delivering improved services and enhancing the team's capability to serve as the single front door for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a project plan aimed at enhancing the customer journey within the customer experience team and across front-facing service areas.
  2. Ensure Knowledge Hub materials align with company standards, maintaining version control and a clear audit trail.
  3. Streamline knowledge transfer and training activities to improve response times.
  4. Explore enhancements like web platforms and self-service options to elevate the customer experience.
  5. Build strong relationships across the organisation and enhance service delivery.
  6. Display good knowledge of AI insights to drive change.
