We’re hiring for a Project Manager to join our Business Operations function in London.
Purpose of the Role
Dentsu UK&I is embarking on multiple transformative programmes, managed by the UK&I PMO and overseen by the Project Council. This council prioritizes, reviews, and approves significant projects, acting as the central forum for escalation and issue resolution. As Project Manager you’ll collaborate with the Project Business Lead to develop, gain approval for, and manage project business cases, benefits plans, and budgets. You’ll ensure the realization of benefits through meticulous planning and design, working closely with change managers and business benefit owners.
You’ll define and communicate the project vision, translating it into actionable delivery objectives, leading the project to achieve business case benefits, desired capabilities, and outcomes whilst upholding ethical standards in all interactions with stakeholders, team members, and the broader organization. You’ll also design, develop, and manage the project team, including the appointment of project managers and key resources. Resolving conflicts, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, fostering innovation, and inspiring the team to achieve successful project outcomes.
