This is Ramya from Blackapple Solutions Ltd. We have an urgent opening for a Project Manager for a contract position based in London, UK.

Role: Project Manager
Location: London, UK
Job Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
Client: Hexaware

Responsibilities
  1. Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service-oriented model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS.
  2. Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible.
  3. Build and execute a marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
  4. Embed and enhance the Service Model consistently across GIS – including role anchoring and maturation.
  5. Create an SME support model for key services documented within the IT Services Catalog.
  6. Define a future service-based cost model.
