We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the CSC Global Capital Markets business unit. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified timeframe and budget. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to successful completion.

Some of the things you will be doing:

• Plan, execute, and complete projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Manage project scope and deliverables through a structured change management process to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
• Analyze actual performance against the project plan and budget and adjust accordingly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, plans, and reports.
• Implement process improvements based on lessons learned.
• Ensure adherence to GCM PMO methodologies and tools.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need to be successful in this role?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, MIS).
• Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel internationally.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus.
• Experience working in the financial or investment management industry is a plus.
