Project Manager – Liverpool
Ionic Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager on behalf of our client.
Our client, a leader in high-spec commercial fit-outs, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver exciting office, retail, and leisure projects in Liverpool. The role can be offered permanently or on a freelance basis, with a competitive salary package dependent on experience.
- Lead fit-out projects from conception to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and site delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as client liaison, managing expectations and project updates.
- Solid project management experience in commercial fit-outs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid required.
- Based in Liverpool or willing to travel to sites in the area.
