Operations Manager (Progression To Director)

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Hybrid + Progression + Training + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you an Operations Manager or similar looking to progress to an Operations Director within a multi-million pound Oil & Gas company with a global presence? This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or similar.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to drive change and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred but not essential.
