Project Manager

Location: West Yorkshire (with UK travel as required)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-security system projects within the Gas sector. The role involves managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of security and fire protection projects.
2. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources efficiently.
4. Oversee installation of perimeter security, CCTV, access control, and alarms.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety, and contractual obligations.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
7. Manage subcontractors and suppliers for quality control.
8. Conduct site visits and progress meetings, reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Proven Project Management experience in the security, fire protection, or Gas sector.
2. Strong knowledge of integrated security systems and perimeter protection.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
4. Familiarity with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
6. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SHEA Gas certification or equivalent Gas sector qualifications.
2. Prince2, APM, or equivalent project management certification.
3. Experience with high-security environments (utilities, government, CNI sectors).
4. Electrical or technical qualifications relevant to security systems.
