Maintenance & Refurbishment
Role:
Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.
As a Project Manager, you will be based between head office and site managing works on a refurbishment framework contract across West London, which includes all internal and external works.
Experience:
- Experience in completing construction phase plans
- Client contract delivery, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams
- P&L, cash flow, and costs management
- Creating a work-safe culture
- Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Must have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook
- Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
- A flexible, 'can do' attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team
- Able to produce and deliver progress reports
- Must manage H&S, quality, and programme performance on projects via the management team
