  3. Demonstrable Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
  4. Be able to implement quality management processes and procedures to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality, standard, and specification.
  5. The ability to conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

You’ll also need to be able to work at pace as the business moves quickly, and they need to keep up with the demand. So, flexibility, agility, and resilience are key attributes for this role.

Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial
  1. Familiarity with heavy civil construction techniques.
  2. Knowledge of MCHW or National Grid specifications.
  3. An understanding of the Scottish civil engineering sector.
  4. Previous experience working in remote or island locations.

Please note: Due to the nature of the location, a valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel to remote sites is required. All applicants must have valid right to work in the UK as sponsorship isn’t provided.

What's in it for you?

If working for one of Scotland's leading civil engineering contractors, within a diverse portfolio wasn't enough, we will also offer an excellent benefits and reward package to include:

  1. Company vehicle.
  2. Performance-related bonus scheme.
  3. Pension plan with employer contributions.
  4. Ongoing professional development support.

If you're ready for a challenge and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
