Are you a Project Manager with experience of Cut & Carve Refurb projects?

Have you delivered structural reconfiguration followed by CAT A fit out works before?

Are you a polished, client-facing Project Manager with excellent communication skills?

Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting and managing programme of works
• Setting standards on site in terms of quality and H&S
• Chairing Client Meetings
• Contract / Cost management
• Weekly reporting upline to Board

Project Manager Experience Required:

• Minimum 15 years career experience
• Minimum 5 years Project Manager experience
• No.1 Project Manager on projects up to £4m in value
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
• Strong IT / reporting skills
