We proudly allocate 2% of our profits and encourage our entire team to dedicate 1% of their time to impactful solidarity actions. It’s not just about growing the bottom line; it’s about growing together, hand in hand with the community we serve.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives, with a strong focus on multi-team coordination, business transformation, and organizational change management. This role is critical to the successful execution of large-scale platform migrations, product adaptations, and potentially acquisition integrations.

This is not a technology-focused role; we're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align diverse stakeholders, and has a strong track record of delivering enterprise-level programs with significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for strategic initiatives involving multiple teams, departments, or business units.
  • Manage large-scale migrations, platform transitions, and integration projects, particularly those related to acquisitions or business process change.
  • Drive project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance across complex programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to align execution with organizational goals.
  • Navigate competing priorities and dependencies, providing clear visibility and solutions to senior leadership.
  • Champion change management strategies to support adoption and minimize disruption across impacted teams.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong background in business transformation, platform migrations, or acquisition integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adept at working with ambiguity and shifting priorities, with a pragmatic and adaptable approach.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.).
