What you’ll do as a Project Manager

  • Responsible for the effective management of all Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) projects and their associated budgets and schedules, including coordinating all deliverables and requirements of the entire cross-functional project team.
  • Participate in the preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to the cost control system, equipment requirements, and utilization, constructability, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc.
  • Analyze operations, identify performance issues, and take corrective action while maintaining a profitable daily workload.
  • Identify, monitor, and address problem areas work to eliminate customer service/quality control issues, and act as a direct liaison between our customers and Management.

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • 3+ years of related telecom construction experience with a proven record of successful construction management
  • 2+ years of Project management including project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management, and project control
  • Solid organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

Additional qualifications (if applicable)

  • Knowledge of fiber-optic construction a plus
