What you’ll do:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment between scientific objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and driving follow-up across stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal scientific teams and external collaborators or CROs.
- Work closely with scientific leads to translate research goals into clear deliverables and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, and reports for internal stakeholders and executive teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and project prioritization discussions.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related life sciences discipline.

- Strong understanding of the drug discovery process, ideally including target validation, preclinical development, or translational science.
- Proven ability to manage complex scientific projects, cross-functional teams, and external collaborations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall).
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus but not required.
