Job description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative team in the beauty and personal care industry. This role involves managing multiple full-service projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring each is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead multiple projects through the full product development lifecycle.
2. Create and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are clearly communicated and met.
3. Perform risk analysis and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
4. Complete costing sheets, negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers.
5. Coordinate product artwork, filling/assembly specifications, and filling trials.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, Formulation, and Engineering.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients through regular meetings and communication.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a similar role within colour cosmetics, skincare, or haircare product development.
2. Solid background in health & beauty manufacturing.
3. Experience managing full-service projects from design to delivery.
4. Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
5. Degree educated or equivalent.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
