Wetherby £50,000 - £55,000 Full-time

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful and growing business based in Wetherby. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of national, multi-phase fit-out projects from tender to completion, working across office and site environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal fit-out works, commercial awareness, and experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. This is a key role with responsibility for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key duties will include:

• Full project ownership from tender handover to final delivery
• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of national, multi-trade fit-out projects
• Managing project costs, procurement, subcontractors, and labour
• Maintaining strong communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensuring all Health & Safety, CDM, and legal requirements are met
• Handling contract variations, delay management, and commercial reporting
• Building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal fit-out project management
• Management of Sub-Contractors both commercially and contractually
• Understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and H&S best practices
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• National travel as required
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential
