Your role in a nutshell
  1. Ideate, plan and manage key transformational projects across Global Operations ensuring they align with the companies long term vision for growth.
  2. Ensure excellent execution to plan and budget of any given project.
  3. Analyse and constantly monitor the benefits obtained in any project.
More about the role
  1. Develop 2-3 year plan of global strategic projects within the operations area to include: Transformation, channel expansion and business as usual efficiencies.
  2. Lead and execute a global portfolio of projects, managing discrepancies, risk and opportunities ensuring timings and cost of change managed to plan.
  3. Establish Operations Project governance as required by each project, ensuring that leadership are clear on status and risk of projects and all stakeholders are engaged and onboard with project status.
  4. Lead where needed business case justification and accountability for project from concept to delivery and BAU monitoring.
  5. Lead, map and implement change management as needed.
  6. Develop comprehensive and detailed documents to be shared within/outside the Project Team to monitor progress on a periodic basis, tracking projects to timelines and highlighting risk.
  7. Lead all necessary meetings (SteerCo, Project Meeting, Financial Reviews).
  8. Establish a clear communication plan (within and outside the Operations function).
  9. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  10. Identify and propose new initiatives to support TBS Operation improvements.
  11. Permanently challenge the 'status quo'.
  12. Ensure that each initiative/project delivers an acceptable balance of functionality and simplicity.
