Project Manager:

Our client is a leading organization, specializing in advanced communication and IT Services for the military and marine industries. They currently consist of circa 250 employees with key offices located globally. They have grown massively over the last 2 years and continue to do so through 2025 with exciting new clients/projects.

Main Purpose of the Job

Delivery of UK MOD maritime implementation projects across Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary and other UK MOD/UK Govt vessels.

Salary: £48,000 - £55,000

Role Responsibilities:

1. Overall management of several, concurrent or sequential maritime installation projects.
2. Production of Equipment Guidance Packages (EGP), Installations Guidance Packages (IGP), Modification Leaflets based on engineering designs, surveys and stakeholder input.
3. Overall management of the Change Impact Assessment Process (CIAP), working with the Engineering and Assurance Teams alongside the Customer(s).
4. Input into customer governance meetings including schedule, progress, risks, and opportunities alongside management of dependencies.
5. Management and deconfliction of priorities and ensuring lead-times of equipment procurement and configuration are managed.
6. Working with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure equipment and services are delivered in accordance with the implementation plan.
7. Support other Project Managers in the project implementation and ensure that projects are completed successfully.
8. To represent the Company at key customer project and commercial meetings.

1. Must hold, or have the ability to achieve DV Security Clearance.
2. Project management experience with UK MOD and other UK government departments.
3. Experience of UK MOD maritime electrical installation projects.
4. Experience of writing EGPs, IGPs, and Modification Leaflets to a high standard.
