This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a market leading contractor specialising in multi storey car park build across the UK, offering a senior role working on interesting multimillion pound projects.

This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth and a new project in Gatwick they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be site based on a multi storey car park build based in Gatwick as the Project Manager on site. You will be responsible for following the project programme, overseeing contractors and Site Managers, liaising with the Clients to update them on project progress and ensuring works are delivered on time and to budget.

3. Creating and overseeing project programmes - ensuring projects are delivered within budget and time restraints
4. Main point of contact for client updating them with project progress

The Person:

1. Construction Project Manager
2. Experience working on superstructure, RC Frame, Pre cast concrete
3. Construction related degree
4. Ambitious to develop and progress
5. Full UK Licence
