This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a market-leading contractor specializing in multi-storey car park builds across the UK, offering a senior role working on interesting multimillion-pound projects.

This well-established contractor is a market leader within the multi-storey car park construction sector, offering a full design, production, and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalized on the UK market over the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland, and Wales, and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Due to company growth and a new project in Gatwick, they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will be site-based on a multi-storey car park build in Gatwick as the Project Manager. You will be responsible for following the project programme, overseeing contractors and Site Managers, liaising with clients to update them on project progress, and ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.

The Person:

1. Construction Project Manager
2. Experience working on superstructures, RC Frame, Precast concrete
3. Construction-related degree
4. Ambitious to develop and progress
5. Full UK Licence
